Share a Handout

  1. Click the “Share Link” button (top right corner).
  2. In the popup, choose between “QR Code”, “Email”, or “SMS”.
  3. In the “QR Code” tab
    1. URL of the shared page is on the first line. This can be copied with the “Copy to Clipboard” button to the right
    2. Small version of the QR Code is displayed. Clicking the QR code will magnify it for easier scanning
    3. Click “Done” button to close the popup.
  4. In the “Email” tab
    1. Click on the text field and enter the patient’s email address.
    2. Confirm that checklist items have been completed. These include:
      • Email address verified.
      • Patient consent obtained and recorded (in the clinical notes)
      • No confidential data or sensitive information present (within the unencrypted section)
    3. Click “Send” button
  5. In the “SMS” tab
    1. Click on the text field and enter the patient’s mobile number.
    2. Confirm that checklist items have been completed. These include:
      • Phone number verified.
      • Patient consent obtained and recorded (in the clinical notes)
      • No confidential data or sensitive information present (within the unencrypted section)
    3. Click “Send” button
