Setup a Video Call

  1. Click the Video icon in the top right corner.
  2. In the Instant Video Chat popup, enter the patient’s mobile number
  3. Click the “Instant Video Call” button.
  4. In the video conferencing box, click “Join Meeting.”
  5. When the patient clicks on the SMS link, and joins the meeting in the webpage, your video call is up and running.
  6. Ending the call stops Video Chat. The shared page still exists and patients can continue to access any resources on this page.
